Non-Judgement
"Simply put, mindfulness is moment-to-moment non-judgmental awareness."
― Jon Kabat-Zinn
Can you accept the frame of mind to stop judging and be more open?
It starts with yourself, adopting the habit of witnessing, the thoughts, the feelings, the sensations in the body. Instead of assuming that butterflies in the stomach means you are anxious, you notice the butterflies and resist the impulse to judge the situation and your reaction to it.
Being kind to yourself is important in practicing the foundational attitude of non-judgment.
In the guided meditations section there is a body scan that can be a pathfinder to developing the attitude of non-judgement.
