MEET CYNTHIA

MY STORY

I am passionate about inspiring people to create personal, meaningful routines that are based on the foundations of mindfulness.

I desire to see people live their best lives, finding the freedom that comes from practicing mindfulness and being present for their life. I was born to teach and when I talk about mindfulness and meditation, I believe it, I know it works, I live it.

I want to offer people the knowledge, skills and feeling of hope that they can change the way they think. The techniques I teach build self-awareness through breath work, affirmations, mind/body connection, stillness, movement, and meditation. It is tailored to meet my clients’ needs.

I have found that creating a community has been exceedingly helpful for people to find a new way to live. Everyone has struggles. I guide people to find the calm within themselves.
