Meditation Mindfulness Training
For Individuals

Mindfulness Meditation is a practice, never for perfection, but for the act of the practice itself Individual sessions can assist the participant to create a sustainable practice that will elevate self-awareness, build emotional stability, and learn how to handle stress. The consistent practice will enable a more balanced approach to finding peace, wellness and living life more fully. These sessions are designed to meet the individual needs of the participant. 


Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Four Session Course

This course is offered over four weeks, for a one-hour session each week. It is based on participants learning to handle stress in their lives, according to the foundations of mindfulness. Guided meditations, breathwork, movement, discussion, readings, and assistance with maintaining a daily practice are included.
